There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV with satellite channels in my deluxe double room.

the location was exceptionally nice - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. also, it was 15-minute walk to zoo blagoevgrad.

The rooms were warm and tidy, with a bathtub. All of the stuff were affable, excellant.

The hotel was well-maintained and absolutely great, however I stayed for 3 nights only. Nice restaurant served Bulgarian specialities. You guys made my stay very very good.

Booked a room with balcony. The morning meal was savoury.

The room was amazing! It was so cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. The WiFi and digital TV were great for entertainment, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The minibar and room service were convenient too. Loved it!

I personally didn't like the bath cosmetics provided in the bathroom, but others might still enjoy them.

The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good

There was a very noisy wedding in the main restaurant, so we had to stay on the terrace, where it was quite cold.

Nice rooms, pleasant staff (they allowed me to play on a football pitch with no charge - usually it is payed), good breakfast. Everything on level of 4* with price of 2* hotel

The atmosphere created was individual. Got deluxe double room with balcony when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The food was different - variety of options.

I absolutely loved my stay at Spa Hotel Ezeretz. The spa facilities were top-notch and the heated outdoor pools were a highlight. The beds were super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The food at the restaurant was delicious and offered great options for vegetarians. The price-performance ratio was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We felt very insulted indeed to be "told to wait while we check your room". Just to make sure we hadn't used the mini-bar as we had stated or maybe stolen a towel? How rude! Even if we had (which we had not) they had our credit card/passport details! Never before has this ever happened in any other hotel we stay in!

This hotel offers a renovated room with private parking. There are outdoor pools, including a mineral heated one, which is great for relaxation. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food and a varied menu. The breakfast buffet is good, and the dinner on the terrace is very enjoyable. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel grounds, including the gardens, pool, spa, and hot tub, are well-maintained and create a peaceful oasis.
